Sant Julià de Lòria is the southernmost parish of Andorra and also the gateway to one of the country's most famous activities: the Tobotronc at Naturland.
An important detail: here the blue zone is paid every day, including Sunday. If you haven't seen my general guide on where to park in Andorra, I compare all the parishes there.
Quick Summary
Here's what I'd do depending on your case:
- You're coming to the Tobotronc (Naturland): park at the Naturland parking lot, at Cota 1600.
- You're visiting the town: the blue zone costs €1.85/h and is paid every day including Sunday. The green zone, more peripheral, is €0.85/h with the first 30 minutes free.
- You want easy parking: in high season there isn't always street space; go to the municipal lots (€1.40/h open-air, first hour free).
- You're staying in the area: if the hotel is very central, it's often worth checking the municipal lot deals instead of the hotel's private parking.
Free parking in Sant Julià de Lòria
Unlike other parishes, here there's no free day of the week in the blue or green zone. But you do have time slots when you don't pay:
- From 13:00 to 15:00 (midday break)
- From 20:00 to 9:00 (night)
Also, since Sant Julià is more peripheral, in areas away from the center (residential streets or the parish's villages) you can find unregulated parking. My advice is to ask where you're staying: if you have a hotel in the area, they might tell you a free spot. In the main center, though, almost everything is paid.

9.0 — Exceptional+ Beautiful hotel set up high with a lovely courtyard garden that we looked over from our balcony. Close enough to shops and bars to stroll out. The lady on reception was very welcoming and I wish I had better Spanish to be able to talk to her, she was so friendly! The breakfast was fantastic and included in the price- would definitely come again and recommend to anyone. Parking secure and excellent, right behind hotel for €7
− Nothing to dislike

Parking for Naturland: the Tobotronc parking lot
Naturland is Sant Julià's activity park and its star is the Tobotronc, the longest alpine toboggan in the world. To get there, the park has its own parking lot.
Park at Cota 1600. It's the most important detail: the Naturland parking lot is at Cota 1600 and matches the Tobotronc start. Some people make the mistake of driving up to Cota 2000 (another part of the park), but the toboggan starts from below. So get that clear from the start.
